Description
A motanka is more than just a doll, it’s a traditional Ukrainian talisman, made by hand with care and intention. For over 5,000 years, these knotted figures have been created as symbols of protection, hope, and prosperity. Each one is unique, crafted without needles or stitching, using only wrapping and binding techniques. The process is meditative and expressive, an art form that fuses creativity with deep personal meaning.
