The Ukrainian Museum of Canada library holds several thousand books, journals, record albums, and newspapers, most in Ukrainian language and some in English. Our books include novels, poetry, drama, history, politics, religion, cooking, traditional craft and fine art, biographies, and more. We have extensive collections of Ukrainian Canadian journals from the 20th and 21st centuries.
Having recently unboxed many hundred books, staff at the museum are now in the process of cataloguing and organizing the library. Our hope is to have all books, journals, and other publications catalogued, and a digital database of our holdings published online. Until this is done, researchers, students, and other interested parties may visit the library by appointment, where our staff will be happy to guide you through our shelves!
